Woodstock Castle is a home fit for a king or queen – or at least anyone willing to shell out a royal sum. The estate, dubbed “Woodstock Castle,” or the
“Chrismark Castle”, has a huge size: 18,777-square-foot. It is listed on Zillow for $60M. It is a nine-bedroom home with 7 full bathrooms, 12 fireplaces, and an “entry hall and public spaces that are indeed fit for a king,” according to the listing. There are a total of 20 rooms throughout the home, the listing notes, and there are more than 25 species of hardwoods that are used throughout the home on the doors, flooring, and other woodwork.
Known as the “Chris Mark Castle,” the Brickyard Road castle is named after its owner Christopher Mark, a philanthropist and descendent of steel industrialist Clayton Mark, according to the castle’s website. According to listing agent John Pizzi, Mark began construction on the castle in 2003 and oversaw the build from start to finish before it was completed in 2010.
