Emma Shardlow Hudson, a 29-year-old mother, breastfeeds her 5-year-old daughter Alex and 2-year-old son Ollie. She breastfeeds Alex before and after school every day, claiming that her breast milk has helped prevent her children from getting sick.
Alex usually breastfeeds once in the morning and once in the evening, and Emma believes that the antibodies in her milk contribute to her children’s overall health.
